Paylah was started many years back, maybe you applied long ago?

According to this article, it was already in use in 2015,

But if they anyhow help you apply, maybe call in and ask them to cancel. Paylah doesn't cost a thing.

Paylah is a wallet independent of DBS bank account. For example I have paylah linked to my SCB account, I don't have DBS as account, so I don't see any paylah in my DBS online banking. I have only credit cards and cashline. So I am surprised why you have paylah when you don't have and why I don't have when I actually have :)

Don't bother, you're not missing out alot. Its such a hassle to add and withdraw funds. Use Paynow better.

It’s actually very easy and not a hassle. PayLah will auto top up funds if the Wallet balance is insufficient. And withdraw funds is just few clicks on the app.
