Yes. Just like Canada is officially known as Dominion of Canada. But who calls them that?

Traditionally the term ROC covers mainland China, Taiwan isles, Amur Oblast, Mongolia, Tuvan Oblast, part of Kashmir, Tibet, part of Kazakhstan, part of Ryukyu isles, part of North Korea etc.

Machiam like last time the Qing dynasty manchus failed to eliminate the remnants of the Ming armies and the latter fled to a small island called taiwan

sooner or later, the chinese race of the world would like to see the 'Ming' armies reclaim their rightful China mainland

Because they don't want to be affiliated with P.R.China so they try not to emphasise R.O.China all the time, but instead just use Taiwan instead.

E current president don’t want ROC as it’s associated w e mainland.

she want independence to e island as Taiwan only.

ROC is KMT theory where e whole China become a democratic republic

both parties r dreaming
