Filipino maid delivery? This sounds like someone selling on Lazada/ Shopee from home, take your order, and buy from Taobao/ AliExpress, then when delivered, get his/ her helper to do delivery to you. I do agree that some of these CPU sellers on Lazada/ Shopee are offering these CPUs cheaper because they are China set.Bought Ryzen 5 5500 from a so called "Tech" guy two years ago. It's a China set without warranty with Chinese stickers but $50 cheaper than usual. Delivery took 2 weeks despite it stating that it is a local set. The long wait really annoyed me that time as I had everything assembled except for the missing cpu. A Filipino maid delivered it to my home. Luckily it worked for the first time.
I don't think this Techa work this way. At least from what I have gone through and read here, they may be just placing orders directly with the distro when they receive an order. So they don't need to store them somewhere. But the flipside is that they are at the mercy of stock availability and distro to deliver to them.
