singaporeans don't know where to spend money.. all go lasup spa and massage or legit massage to destress and reward themselves.

i personally know a few close ladies doing clean massage one, they say ever since covid19 hits the country, their booking pack full full everyday.

Say per spa has at least 6 working ladies

Each lady takes on 3 customers per day (very less already, peak days maybe can hit 10 or more customers)

Per pax spending average 100.

Thats 300 x 6 = 1800 per day

They usually operate everyday

1800 x 31 = 55800

Yes, you never see wrong. 55800

They usually take on a full unite which is about 6 to 8k in rent. Say 8K.

+ 2K PUB and misc (alot already)

They still reap in 45800

Say minus 2K more for products like shampoo or whatever oil


Still 44800

Say each lady get paid 2K

2K x 6 = 12k

44800 - 12k = Ok i dont want to count anymore

Basically u can see how much the bosses is reaping in.

AND THAT IS THE MINIMUM

Imagine peak days? Cannot be 1 day 3 customers only right.

And people who go to these kind places usually will give tips or keep the change for face.

Can you imagine their profit now?

Anyway those who do this business mostly are underground one... so... they got thei kangtao

no wonder those beng uncles so rich…always drink nearby coffeeshop and drive big cars…looking out for their joint and collect $ at end of teh day
