is there any free software to deep clean those temp files inside computer?

that day i use avast do a scan, it say i have 70GB temp file to clear leh, but i see my temp folder no have so many things

This, no joke if want to clear everything.
That means temp file, Windows update (Previous and unused), cache etc.
Do a clean install of Windows will start the PC from fresh.

Ccleaner only remove temp file but these file will come back again.
