both bedrooms' windows are not expose to the corridor

1) assuming orange is windows
2) toilet can be in bedroom 1 or bedroom 2, doesn't matter
3) store room can be anywhere, doesn't matter

Doesn't work that way cos toilet should not eat into the bedroom space. Bedroom space should always be a nice ratio.

99.999% of new flats room windows do not face corridor anymore. They have phased out corridor units for some time already. Just take a look at all the BTO. But kitchen window may still be facing corridor

Drawing wrong. Proportion is not correct. Toilets cannot be that small
