mostly play MMORPG and MMORTS. Just bought skyrim and farcry 3 during steam sale. LOL. i think my build quite over kill for MMO.
already have OS, keyboard, mouse, etc etc.

I3 -4160 + h81 board still the best budget build in my mind , ram just most basic $100 for 8GB can already

i3 4160. more ex leh. performance also about the same, is the Graphic better than A8 5600k?

FSP Hexa +500W good brand? i would prefer a modular PSU though

If u wan modular, it will be expensive. Go for superflower HX500/600w. it is semi modular wherebyu the 24 pin and 4+4 pin are permanent. The rest are modular.

left with 100- 120 ba.. which is think is pointless to get a gfx around that price. planning to get r9 270x or gtc 750 ti.

I also feel pointless , i rather buy a used 280x at $250 can play 1080p high setting at 50 fps average

If you are going to be gaming on the iGPU, I would rather that you use some of that remaining $100-120 and get a A10 APU for the better iGPU.

Notes:

1) 1866Mhz 4GBX2 RAM kits are used as the iGPU in APUs benefits from the usage of RAMs in dual-channel and faster RAMs for better graphics performance.

2) Would be advisable to play Far Cry 3 in 720p as the HD 7660D in the A10-5800K is not that strong. Skyrim is still playable at Medium settings in 1080p though.

3) Do sound off if you are willing to spend more than the estimated budget so that a slightly better rig can be recommended to you.
