Hi mods and admins, recently there has been a user who has been spamming a particular message repeatedly, and I'd like to know if this is allowed...

Said user has 15 exactly identical message posted in 1 single thread.

Personally I am not against the user , but I do think that spamming of these messages don't really contribute anything to the forums.
