Should this user's postcount be reset or should the user infracted (as well)?

I ran a search check and his posts aren't spam. I only saw two of the reported spam in about 20 other regular replies. Do you have the urls of the individual posts? I'll make a comparison of the date and time of posting before acting.

And you'll see about 10 pages of the same 2 words spammed repeatedly MOSTLY by the user EveMuffins in many threads.

That depends on whether someone submits a report as well as the duration/interval of the posts.
