newegg is pretty decent. i got my asus maxwell titanX for 1.7k when it was released. in SLS it was going for almost 2k. i saved close to 300-400bucks. downside is you have to wait a week for it to arrive. and its US warranty so thats a risk you'll have to take. been 3 years now and my card is still going strong

if u have "good lottery" luck in building PC, best is buy locally.

previously my pc build 7 years ago, mobo got problem, went to exchange it.
this time my new build, PSU got problem, went to exchange it.

i know newegg is confirm cheaper, but if the parts got any issue, will be troublesome to have it exchange/repair
