If you talking about price, you can definitely get a better deal.

If you talking about the choice for that casing. If you thinking of OC then the OC heat may or may not be a issue. While the board itself is known to have good OC capability, the heat management otherwise can become problematic. The increased heat from VRM will means the warm air be drawn through PSU, GPU and maybe CPU (depend the direction) towards outside. The heat in singapore environment is not low like the west, that also means the GPU itself will have a lot of heat under such heat and airflow. While GPU can go up really high temperature, the question will be can GPU remain a stable 90 degree without throttling itself?

there is a rumour that amd rx3080 costs US$499, about same price as nvidia 2070. then there is no point in waiting for the gpu.

The rumour was sapphire's high end "Toxic" water cooled and super factory over clocked navi 10 cost $499 (not sure USD or other currency such as SGD). So the actual navi 10 might actually be cheaper. But its better to wait till 27 May 2019 for actual details. Better yet, wait till reviews are out before making any judgement.

Yes I've read the original source, they clearly stated 499USD & 399 USD but didn't specify if its for toxic version.
