Issues after IOS 7.0.4 update

lately I seem to keep hearing my own voice when talking on the phone

very irritating, not sure if it's due to 7.0.4

I downloaded this update and now the battery life has decreased so much, it is soooo annoying.

After upgrading to iOS 7.0.4, I found that when my mp3 is playing and I touch another app or open control center, the track skips. Anyone have the same problem?
