Ito or Kinosaki?

which is better to visit?

around Ito, can wear yukata and walk around to visit other onsens?

Although I've never visited Ito before, but I've visited Kinosaki onsen twice.
It is a charming little town (although long train ride to reach there though), and I enjoyed my winter season visit since it's crab season, so many ryokans would be offering crab related meals.

My visit in Oct 2013:
