Itouch screen no brightness

hi bros :(

my old itouch 3G kena water from umbrella..
after that i go charge until full battery and then suddenly the screen no brightness..

I go setting and reset or reboot also not working!
(still able to open app touchscreen & play music, but need under bright light or sun for able see the screen)

please help, thanks :(
