iTunes Error after plug in iphone

Was asked to update my itunes after i plugin my iphone, which i did, but in the end i encountered an error, saying itunes had a missing file and had to be reinstalled. Downloaded the installer, off my anti virus and I encounter this message...

Anyone know how to solve this?
