Planning go to Tokyo for first time - comparing the flights between JAL and ANA

Anyone can share which one better airlines (service, food, which one more premium)?

Another airline which has direct flight is Delta Airline: anyone has experience with Delta Airline from SG to Tokyo?

SQ price is more expensive and difference is quite significant around $1K for 3 pax

Thanks.. Been reading also from google ... Decided to go with JAL as seats on ANA flights are not able to recline as per traditional seat, they are using fixed shell kind of seat.. Feedbacks are those seats not comfortable

JAL is fine too. ANA seats can recline in a way that your bottom seat moves forward. I was a bit skeptical at first but it's not as bad as they say.

ANA is best for people like me who gets irritated when the person sitting in front reclines their seat all the way back, thus making it difficult to see the LCD screen on the back of the seat.
