Yes. In Japan the foreigners have to learn the language. But in SG they donch bother to learn. Ya lah, SG we are multi racial so example the PRCs feel as long as they only mix with Chinese peepur they are fine but reality ish non-Mandarin speakers are actually dulan, especially those in service line.
