Java IDE: JDeveloper vs NetBeans / Eclipse

Any thoughts on when JDeveloper is used over more common IDEs like NetBeans and Eclipse?

For web applications deployed on Tomcat (not Weblogic / Oracle Application Server) and possibly not built on Oracle ADF, any point in using JDeveloper?

Any experienced JDeveloper / Oracle ADF users who would like to comment?
