Jlb SAF Regular Friend Want to Quit and Pivot to Business Related Field

Moi jlb SAF regular fren say he wants to quit SAF when his bond is up. He wants to find some business related job, where he can wear nice nice go to CBD to work. But he ish engineering graduate so he say he want to do a MBA to pivot into biz related field. Moi personally thinks he can't even make it into the MBA programme becos his CAP for his engin begree ish only 3.1. But assuming he does, what are chances he can find a good jod after doing so?
