Then should be the same. Unless you are in infantry (combat), your vocation will likely be the same.

Unit can be different, but vocation is the same. For example, a clerk is still a clerk at different unit.

But infantry is different, say vocation is RP as NSF, but reservist can be pulled to infantry unit.
