i assume you meant relax and take it easy when u say "leisurely" as opposed to touch and go
then in this case, won't advise you to go osaka/kyoto
7 days seems just nice to take your time to explore tokyo + hakone

Ya unfortunately i am unable to stay longer.

Hakone - do most pple stay in a ryokan there? seen japan guide some pple go there for daytrip. Was thinking in that case may go osaka or kyoto for 2 days

In tokyo, we aren't really much of shoppers so we'll just be doing the touristy stuff like eating food and taking loads of photos

i got mine cheap more than a week back. travelling to osaka from tokyo and also to kyoto and nara so i suppose it'll be worth it.
