depends on what weather u like and also heng sway.

June: Very hot, entering typhoon season, periodic rain, if nice weather all scenic views are fantastic.

Dec: Very cold, crowded with tourists, foggy, lesser daylight. (of cos cooling weather, can escape from SG's humidity)
