Keyboard lagging safari

My current OS is 11.3.1

Messaging app not laggy but however on the safari web browser the keyboard speed doesn’t seems smooth/par while typing on messaging app

Even while I’m typing this message on hwz.. the keyboard speed and feel is so laggy/slow lol

I figure it out if use 3rd party keyboard it’s gonna get worse than that

And nope . I did not use any third party keyboard
