[Keyboard] typing error

Hi all,

got myself a cm storm devastator kb with mouse combo set yesterday but however, when I type shift 2, " came out instead of @ and £ came out instead of hex sign when I type shift 3.
can anyone please advise is this a defect or do I need to install or update something?

u got a uk keyboard version or you accidentally put it to UK english settings

can change it to US settings in control panel>region and language tab under keyboard

hi folks,

thanks for the assistance.. my control panel region screen differs from the one below.. not sure why .. but I managed to install the English US and it is working fine now..
thanks a lot once again!

Just press
Control + Shift..

It will change back to normal keyboard.
