Klipsch Promedia 2.1 computer Speaker

Hey guys !
My speakers just went dead.
Was relocating my desk and boot up my PC and switch on my speakers but it didn't turn on.
Checked all the connections, turns out the Pre-AMP input was disconnected.
I connected it back and switched it on but it was still dead.
I checked the pins and 1 of them fell off.
Haiz.
How long is warranty for it ?
If I'm not mistaken, this is a 2014 unit.
Please advise. I love this speakers

From what is shown here, the entire subwoofer - 2.1 amps and all - can be operated separately from the satellite speaker.

Probably easier to just get someone to replace the broken connectors tho.

Note tho: Having just one pin broken off that cable would not result in complete silence. If the speaker makes absolutely no sound with no lights, somewhere else is broken. You can see the pinout for what pin does what and you'll know what you should expect with that pin broken.
