Klipsch Promedia 2.1 Subwoofer Problem

Hi guys, i have my klipsch promedia 2.1 speakers for about 3 years now and recently my sub woofer have given me problems. even i turn on volume at around 10% it have this rattle sound like something is loose. but i'm guessing the sub woofer is the problem. the bass sound also not as what it used to be. where to get a replacement for the sub woofer speaker? or where can i do the repair?

i see. i havent got to open the enclosure. i'll do that first. if thats the case, i dont have to replace the whole sub right?

If that is indeed the case, u just need to buy a new surround and glue it on.
