DO NOT BOOK YOUR CRUISE TRIP WITH KLOOK

I had been charged for gratuity fees by Royal Caribbean for my trip as Klook did not pay for it, which their experience specialist (I raised to them during my trip - and clearly I am not satisfied with their response) had clarified that it is a "technical system error" and only apologise for the inconvenience no further actions from them after showing me the booking statement by them with Royal Caribbean, which shows no gratuity fees being paid as claimed in their description (Misleading information).

I have lodged a CASE complaint against Klook and see if there is any resolution on this. Beware of their fine liner and make sure it is included before you make the booking. If you happen to have the same problem as me, please lodge a complaint as well. A lot people had the same problem faced since the start of this year (Search for spectrum of the seas under Klook website and check it out under recent reviews)

FACED THE SAME ISSUE… their customer kept us waiting for reply for many days already and end up saying they will not refund…did you lodge a police report too?

The invoice to us clearly indicated that it was inclusive of all the gratuity fee…for CASE we need to be member to lodge the complain?

Hii Musicmam,

Don't need to pay admin or be a member can just lodge a complaint.

An update, today we finally received our Gratuity fees refund from KLOOK.

Initially they offered us Klook Credits but we rejected and insisted on cash refund. So end day, they refund to us through our grabwallet.

Good to get higher the better. We stayed at level 7 it can get noisy sometimes especially nearing evenings. can hear footsteps.

Advise to book level 10 and above

Not necessary higher is better.

1. Look at the deck plan, avoid level with upper or lower level that’s entertainment or restaurant

2. Avoid cabins that’s beside lift

3. Avoid canines near to “empty” space, because it may be utilities or staff room

4. Avoid near engine area

5. Middle of the ship is usually better
