Does too many stuff(apps, apk, videos, games and pics) in phone will cause lagness to slow down process of browsing Internet, Internet load speed, game loading speed and game speed?

Some apps will run in the background and eat up your ram and CPU cycles.

It shouldn't unless the app is poorly implemented. Some free apps have so much advertisements even though you didn't use them. These are the apps you should get rid off.
