Sorry if this has been asked before, but here's the problem
I rent a condo with my friends and we are using Singtel fibre 1gbps plan (wifi works well no problem). There's a LAN port in my bedroom and I want to use it but when I tried there's no connection at all (100% sure my LAN cable is good, not spoiled)
So I am wondering if this is something Singtel can help me do, or is it because the LAN port is spoiled and I need to report to condo management? I called Singtel they say if they send technician down to investigate they will charge already regardless whether the technician can do anything or not
Is there anything I can do on my own also? Many thanks for help
