Hi! I'm unsure of what language you guys speak in BKK.

Clearly, I have no idea on how to speak thai. Except For Sawadee Ka.

Is it true some thais speak Teochew, Chinese and English?

Just use broken english can liao, for teochew/chinese, you can find some thai speaking in yaowarat.
