I think it just needs to be highlighted that a lapel pin can represent a bold statement and should be avoided for very formal business meetings

bro two ways...you can poke go through the lapen hole or Lapel Buttonhole Accoutrement... . The end of those pointed lapel pin design you can remove and close. Another way is to avoid the Lapel Buttonhole Accoutrement and pin in below

yes, just slightly through and pin it and bottom. this holds the position basically
