Hi there, I wanna buy a laptop which can play lol at full setting. Do you think the new integrated graphic in haswell processor is enough to do the job?

Depends on what game, but generally, no way you can play modern games with full settings on integrated graphics. The highest end Haswell graphics is targeted at Nvidia's GT 650M. So you can use this as a rough gauge, though I believe it is more likely to underperform, than over perform the GT 650M.
