Laptop Charging port replacement

HI

I was wondering if anyone knows where can I do a replacement of my Lenovo Flex 2 charger port? It seems to wear off already and currently I can only charge it when I lift the charger up.

I am looking to replace the charger port and buy a charger too. Anyone knows the rough pricing and where it can be done?
