Laptop for gaming/school

Maybe get your laptop from the country that your laptop will be spending more time in? Alternative is to go for companies which provide international warranty (some US and EU companies will, maybe Lenovo).

I thought aftershock's getting pretty good reviews. How heavy are their laptops? portable or not... if not wait for the Razer Blade 2. Portable and can di heavy game.

Don't know about weight but Aftershock laptops tend be to be quite thick because they want good cooling. The thing about Razer latops is that the really thin size won't allow for good cooling so the gfx might get bottlenecked if it gets hot, which will probably happen often.

You can check their website, but basically expect weights around the 3kg range for the 15" and closer to 4kg for the 17"

The Blade is not a heavy-duty gaming machine, mind you. It cant handle anything more than the entry-level GTX graphics cards, although in all fairness, those are still good for gaming at 1080p if you dont try to use high settings.
