I have an Asus laptop with i5-10210u with MX330 dedicated graphics. I'm having issues with the dedicated graphics as it not running on my laptop, currently using the onboard Intel UHD graphics.

Background - I used Asus Tweak software to increase the limit temp of MX330 so my game could run smoothly. I rmb playing the game then suddenly the fan noise starts to get incredibly loud then my screen blackout for awhile. My screen was then on again, which I suspect it switched to my onboard graphics.

Any way to fix the problem? It seems my laptop can still detect the MX330 but I can't switch to it.

If you know how to open up the laptop and use multi meter to check on the voltage supply and gpu ram for short circuit

I can open up but I don't have a multimeter though. So let's say it's short circuited, anything I can do abt it?

The easiest way is to use Benchmark tool like Cinebench r15.
Run it see what the tool report.
Second take note for laptop it is best to use manufacturer driver but not latest Nvidia driver.
Especially if the laptop is using switchable graphics.
Manufacturer graphic card driver can be very dated but it is optimize for the laptop.
Do check both Intel and Nvidia driver are from Asus website than it can Toggle properly.
Cuz I see you install the latest Nvidia driver which may not be compatible with the laptop.
Code 43 can be either hardware or software issue.

Will need troubleshooting , if the gpu chip is fried then nothing can be done unless you get another working chip from the same model to replace it. Will require soldering

I see. I shall try using the driver from Asus to see whether it'll work.

Don't think I can run Benchmark tool as I'm unable to select MX330 by default. It will always run the display on my intel uhd graphics for now

Which is correct actually, the Nvidia graphic will only kick in when the Intel iGPU switches to it.
Have to use the correct driver if not it won't switch.
BTW the Nvidia control panel for switchable graphic usually have few options only.
