Laptop screen suddenly turned black

- Noticed the issue at around 1pm suddenly turned black
- When phone torch light is shined on the laptop monitor can still see the desktop icons
- When connected to an external monitor, the external monitor does show display
- Keyboard everything is working, even turning up and down the brightness setting
- Tried with and without battery, issue still persists.

Diagnosis: laptop monitor backlight is spoiled, but I could be wrong

Anyone knows a good shop to get it fixed?
