Ah... theirs is those rich chicken stock. Different style from the regular pork bone ones... I used to rotate between marutama and Santouka

Also saw this 4.8 rated daishi ramen + dan dan ramen restaurant called Einishi...wanna try next time

Noodle is nice has a bite not too soft....but rregret order spicy really drown out the light chicken stock taste
