Layering in Tokyo

Going to jap next week, was wondering if can a heattech short sleeve + tshirt + wool coat protect me from the winter in tokyo? Or do i need more layering?

Depends on your cold tolerance. Maybe prepare a wool pullover and gloves in case you feel cold, can put on anytime.

Next week seems a bit okay to me.
Day time temperature should be slightly below 10 degree.
Depends on your cold tolerance, as for me, I will just wear t-shirt and one jacket will do~

Layering or glove don't really need unless the temperature is close to zero.

I saw on TV about the election today and it showed Tokyo had some brief snow showers today. It is already about 5-8 deg here in Osaka and Kyoto.
