1: How do I go about checking the number of entitled leaves left?

2: Can I apply leave online? If yes, is it advisable to do so?

3: Do we need a good reason to take leave and do my OC have every right to disapprove as he deems fit?

1) if you got access to the computer then you can check yourself if not ask your unit's leave clerk?

2) only if you got access to the computer. If you do, I don't think it's so much of whether "advisable" or not, but rather a necessity.

3) Leave is an entitlement, so I don't think u need to give a "good reason" but maybe u will need a "good reason" if u want to take leave during a time when you supposedly can't take leave. your Approving officer have the right to disapprove it, but unless u applied during a time where you got some major events, if not I doubt they will disapprove.

For NSF, leaves cannot be carried forward the last time I know
