Lenovo BSOD

Hi all, recently my 4yo lenovo ideapad Y460p keep getting BSOD. I tried reformatting it but after installing the graphics card driver the BSOD is back.

This two screen will appear after the lenovo boot up logo.

It is a graphics failure. Quite common for Y460p now. :(
