I am arranging with the seller from shopee, hope can repair or exchange my unit this coming Thursday. My unit is within 1 year.

Just went to their warehouse, they told me it may take 1 month for them to repair my unit. Sigh.... lousy product

After 2 weeks, check w them yesterday , they told me to wait 1 month. Sigh....

No idea what happen to your tablet.
My brother and i bought 1 month apart, both of us still gaming on it last night.
mine can last about more than 1 hour gaming or watching netflix.
Was a flight last month for 5 hours, basically 4 hours was watching netflix movie on it.
You really got a lemon set

I got it repair for $80, the issue is the motherboard charging is fault, the shop repair it. Now the battery can last 2hrs for extensive gaming.
