This I agreed, most young people these days do seem to have trouble budgeting and balancing their allowance. Maybe peer pressure but if really cannot afford should always think of how hard the parent are working to support especially from an average family. :o

becos those young kids see other people's instagram leading a high end atas life then they also follow.

$15 dollars a day?

Huh.

19yro of gene pollutant family most likely will end up in Poly and moi also tai many of moi teenager relatives who are poly kia gong nowadays poly food ish not as cheap as moi time. A simple decent 3 dishes cai png ish over $3 liao, if need drink can easily hit over $4 for one meal. If all 3 meals need to settle there then quite possible need around $15 lor. :(

Moi recall moi poly time in the 90s one meal in poly ish around $3. So taking into inflation and such $5 after 20yrs later ish not say impossible. :(

Anyway during moi time the bus concession stamp si pek exp for poly kia. So have to spend quite a lot monthly on transport too. :(

Heng moi ish got work PT to earn extra but have to say it does affect moi study and always need to rush between poly and workplace.

I limited myself $10 per day during poly and uni times. Juz graduated btw!

So personally I feel that $15 is a lot. probably spend more by buying starbucks or what. I don't see him trying to save $$ from my perspective instead he tried to complain. :s22:
