inwin chopin uses a proprietary psu form factor, not even tfx or flex atx. tfx or flex atx shouldnt be too expensive if u look for the right places, while im not even sure where to source a replacement for the chopin psu...Save your rare tfx PSU, they are expensive to replace.
taobao has a wide selection of itx cases, a good number of which are pretty cheap. even with shipping u can get quite a few at a price comparable to getting a budget matx/atx case locally. did a quick search and found this for about $60 with shipping:You just need a new ITX case though which is like $100 for a nice one.
can also look up the sff case spreadsheet on the sffpc subreddit, has pretty much every sff case and can filter based on ur wants.
