4m is revenue, not net income. Got to subtract rent, labour, etc...

Fyi liho use intern to make bubble tea sia. Iirc moi know a few folks who say they kena liho as poly intern.

The franchisees handle POS workers, rent etc and pay the franchisor by their contractual agreement. Usually fixed monthly component plus profit sharing.

This case maybe the franchisor has to tank food factory workers, machinery and ingredients if the contract agreement includes supply of goods and materiel.

I daresay a good chunk of profit remains since they don't need to tank outlet rental and labor.
