Linux laptops in Singapore?

I currently have and old Acer pc ( came with windows installed) running KDE neon. It's getting old and long in the tooth. I am looking to replace it with a smaller and lighter laptop preferably running a Debian based distribution. Would rather not have windows preinstalled as some manufacturers would not honour warranty if they see it being tampered etc.

have not seen such laptop that is preinstalled with linux though. most likely u have to go through the route of getting a windows laptop and either dual boot or clean install the linux OS

Dell has a developer edition line just not available in Singapore. Plenty of other boutique pc have Linux preinstalled just not available here
