Dear all,
need some help / advice here. Im currently using Windows 7 on a Toshiba satellite laptop. All was fine until today when I boot up my com. Instead of the usual loading, I was brought to a blackscreen saying there's problem loading and I need to do a start-up repair.

Once i select that, there will be a loud beeping sound that goes non-stop for almost 20 mins before Im brought to the Startup Repair page. It will then "check the system for problems", taking almost 40 mins and end up with a "startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically" conclusion. Afterwhich I can then assess windows.

Can anyone advise what went wrong n how to rectify this? I did not install any new software / hardware.
