Looking to build a gaming PC

Hi guys, i need some help picking parts for my new gaming rig. This will be my first DIY PC. Budget maybe around 2.8k or less, including a monitor.

So far i chose:

CPU: i5 4670k
GPU: Sapphire Tri-X R9 290x
HDD: 256gb SSD (if possible) + 500gb HDD
