lost my contacts for no reason

anyway to get them back? do not have a backup sadly as my computer was just reformatted recently and i didnt have backup for that either

any program i can use to retrieve it from my phone?

phone crashed, kept getting kicked out of different applications. mainly whatsapp.

comp crashed few days ago unrelated, think my fault for not backing up stuff.

but is there anyway to get back my contacts? sadly it is not synced in icloud as well

You may have a backup from your SIM card. Try it.
