TS, i have slip disc in 2014 too, the first few months will be like hell. the whole backbone(spine) will hurt like f. went mri but didnt go for surgery because pysho help.
Go for pysho, it really helps. it still aches for me once in a while..

they are like that one. i have back injury also but they were very skeptical about that. in the end i out of course becos of my shoulder but its only 1 year later then i down pes becos of my back injury. you either find more reasons to let them send u to see doctors or go find private ones if u have the budget
