Luggage Requirements

Hi, I bought the American Tourister, 81cm (30inch) luggage. Scoot indicates that the maximum dimensions for check in baggage is 158cm. My luggage comes up to 170cm.

Any idea if I can smoke my way through?

No way. Change a luggage. Do you know a big luggage is not safe for baggage handlers. Spare a thought for others.

Initially I thought, I can just share a luggage. After reading the dimensions, I decided to sell it away. I just bought it a few days ago

now almost all airline max luggage size is 28"
Unless you pay extra fee

Check in still need size one meh? I tot only carry in.

this requirement has been here for many year.
All airline have check in size.

I have a baggage size slighter larger than the limit for SIA. Max is 158 but mine is 165. Will that be an issue now as I used it 5 years ago on SIA without issues?
